Tube Bending : involves a tube that is placed against a die, the created force is used to bend the tube to the die’s shape. Bending processes can also involve rollers for simple curves, and mandrels which are placed inside the tube in order to keep the inside from collapsing or deforming during the process. Industrial tube bending services provide an effective way to bend and shape a piece of tube metal so that it conforms to the exact needs of your application.

Tee Bending : Steel mills produce steel tees in many sizes (typically smaller sizes), but most often tees are created by splitting beams longitudinally using either a rotary shear or flame cutting. After cutting, the release of residual stresses usually results in steel tees that are curved in at least one plane, and often in two planes. These shapes are subsequently bent back into straight sections or bent to the radius specified for its application.

Angle Bending : We have the capabilities to bend angles in nine orientations, a claim not every metal bending company can make. We can produce leg in, leg out, short leg in, short leg out, long leg in, long leg out, heel in, heel out, and heel up angles to meet your specifications.
Leg-out rolled angle rings resemble an old-time straw hat (minus the top) where the leg out would be the brim. Heel-in rolled angle rings look like, and can function as, pulleys. The most difficult orientation in angle bending is leg in. When not done correctly, there will be distortion in the horizontal leg (the leg in) that looks like an off-set. With the proper methods and tooling, this distortion will be avoided. Lastly, we can provide rolled angle rings that are bent off-axis, with multiple radii, helically, or into compound bends.

We have the capabilities to accurately roll steel and aluminum plate into full cylinders, cylinder segments, full cones, and cone segments. Sheet or plate rolled into tubular shapes can be used for conveyor pipes, downspouts, and numerous other applications.
We can produce both concentric and eccentric cones. We create cones from light gauge pipe for ventilation systems, via heavy plate rolling for metal duct work in steel mills, and everything in between. Plate rolling can also be used to form helical shapes for circular stair stringers.
We work with a wide range of materials in our sheet metal and heavy plate rolling services. We can roll plate in most metal materials and grades. For sheet metal, we can roll aluminum, stainless steel, galvanized steel, mild steel, painted, and polished materials.
